This is another one that feels nice and lightweight on the skin and is easy buildable.
You definitely need more than four drops for full coverage like the package states. Maybe they meant you don't build on top of the previous drop but instead add more? If that makes sense. I dunno. I like to take the applicator and dot it all over my entire face directly. And voila. Medium to full coverage easily. Of course the formula is really liquid-y so I find you do have to move quickly which can get a little annoying if I'm being picky. And it can get cakey very easily so be sure to blend away!
Other than that I absolutely adore this foundation.
I'm in the shade Golden Honey and the match is almost dead on. It's a liiiitle too light so I probably sort of maybe could've gone up a shade. The other day I paired it with cult fave Tarte Shape Tape Contour Concealer and it brought back some color. So it worked out fine. And it does oxidize just a bit so there's that. By the way, kudos to NYX for having a very diverse shade range. 24 colors to choose from!! Impressive.
I have veryyy dry skin so the need to set my face isn't mandatory but I did go ahead and do that my third time wearing this. I wore it for almost twelve hours the other day and it only started to fade and emphasize my dry spots at about the ten hour mark but it still looked flawless. I'm shook.
Drugstores are slaying the game right now you guys. I'm so in love with this one. It's definitely one I'l be rotating often. Have you tried it yet? What are you waiting for?! I guarantee you'll love it.
I hope you're having an amazing hump day. It's national margarita day so get out there lol! What foundation should I try next?! I have my eye on Milani and Estee Lauder Double Wear next. Also, I've been testing out the super hyped Tarte Shape Tape Concealer. Sharing my thoughts soon! :) Ok Byeee.
