After hearing so many wonderful things about Glamglow, I finally decided to go to Sephora and check it out. I got an email about a month ago that it was one of the beauty sample items given away for using reward points so I jumped on that right away! After having my mind set on purchasing ESP, an Illamasqua lipstick, and finding out my Sephora doesn't carry their makeup (huge sighhhh), I looked around in hope for something else. I was going to leave with that sample! Then I spotted them. The Sephora Cream Lip Stains.
I remember Zara from MouldyFruit always talking about how fabulous they were so I decided to finally try them out. I instantly started looking for a berry color but then decided I wanted to try something different. And there she was. Sephora Cream Lip Stain in 02 Beige. A "matte pinkish deep beige". Find it HERE
It was perfect! I put her on the second I got home and omg!! I love it! The consistency is really wet and creamy and it dries in minutes to an ultra matte finish. (You know I love my mattes!) I love the "lip gloss like" applicator which makes it extremely easy to apply the stain precisely. I don't find a lip liner to be necessary.
And the color is so stunning! O2 Beige is easily another great nude lippie for women of color and it lasted forever! I easily got 5+ hours of wear, which was pleasantly surprising as I was not expecting that. I also found it to be a M.A.C dupe for limited edition "Bad Girl Riri" from the Riri Hearts M.A.C fall collection (still working on that M.A.C dupe lippie post). I'm def stocking up on these next time I'm near another Sephora. Until next time, toodles.
