Suave Almond & Shea Butter Shampoo & Conditioner (for dry, damaged hair): This stuff is incredible. Since using the two my hair has never felt so soft and been so healthy. I like to let the conditioner sit over night to deep condition my hair.
Dessert Essence 100% Australian Tea Tree Oil: I use about 10 drops of this mixed with the Suave conditioner to help my dry, itchy scalp. Once on my hair, I like to comb through it to ensure the pair is on every strand evenly. I don't know what it is about the smell of tea tree, but I love it. Very refreshing.
Organix Hydrating Moroccan Argan Oil: Right before blow drying I like to apply this to my hair to help bring back moisture focusing mainly on the ends. I only apply this once a week, right after freshly washed hair, as I find it can make my hair too oily if used more often.
Mizani Thermasmooth Smooth Guard: I originally purchased this for when I was natural, but since I caved (sighhh, I know) and I didn't want a pricey purchase to go to waste, I started using it right before blow drying. I use a quarter sized amount of this in my hair and it's straight within half the time and is crazy shiny. It makes flat ironing so much easier. I only have to go through my hair once and it's silky straight! My hair looks just as good as when my beautician does it. Crazy right?!
Chi Ironing Guard: My most recent hair care purchase. I spritz this all over my head along with the smoothing serum right before blow drying as a heat protectant.
These are the products I use when I can't make it to the salon. What are some of your Hair Heroes? Hope everyone has a fab weekend! Until next time, toodles.
